Can wall tiles be used on the floor?

Floor tiles can usually be used on walls, but wall tiles are not suitable for floors due tolower load ratings. Cracking can occur.

Will the colour of the tiles match the photos online?

We aim for accurate images, but variations in screens and natural stone characteristicsmean colors may differ slightly. We will provide tiles from the same batch. If you areordering tiles please request the batch code you would like and we will allocate this foryou if stock is available.

Do you offer samples?

No. but for branded products such as Porcelanosa you may be able to request a sampledirectly.

Ordering & Pricing

Why do you sell tiles in square metres rather than per box?

Most customers already know the square metre area they need to cover. Selling by m² keeps things simple, avoids confusion with varying box sizes, and ensures you orderexactly what your project requires.

Why can’t I place an order under £500?

All tile deliveries are made via pallet courier, and we heavily subsidise this cost to keepdelivery affordable for our customers. Unfortunately, we’re unable to subsidise ordersbelow £500.If your order is smaller, please email us at sales@forazzibathrooms.com and we canprovide a custom quote including delivery.

Do your prices include VAT?

Yes, all prices shown already include VAT.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept major debit/credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfer.

Can I get a discount for bulk orders or trade accounts?

If you’re a tradesperson or purchasing in large quantities or more than 5 orders per
year, feel free to contact us for bespoke pricing.

Delivery & Shipping

Do you deliver nationwide?

Yes — we offer delivery across the entire UK.

Can I choose a preferred delivery date?

Absolutely. Leave your preferred date in the checkout notes and we’ll arrange it at noextra charge.

Can I request a specific delivery time?

Delivery times vary depending on our couriers, so we cannot guarantee an exact timeslot. Pallet deliveries typically arrive during daytime hours.

How are deliveries made?

Orders are delivered using a pallet courier service for safe handling.

Do you ship outside the UK?

International shipping may be available depending on the order. Contact us and we’ll be happy to advise.

Do I need to be home for delivery?

Its best to be there but If you can’t be home, let us know in the checkout notes. We canarrange a drop-off without signature where possible.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders are dispatched quickly, and delivery usually takes 3-7 working days onceshipped. Occasionally stock can run low and we need to ship from Europe to fulfil order.In these situation we will contact you directly and inform you of the timescale. If this ismore than 7 working days and it is unacceptable to you, we can arrange a refund.

Are your tiles kept in stock?

Most of our ranges are stocked in the UK and ready for dispatch. Some specialty itemsmay be on backorder from Europe.

Do you have a showroom?

To keep costs low we do not operate a showroom.

Returns & Damages

Can I return tiles if I change my mind?

Returns are accepted within 14 days provided the tiles are in their original condition and packaging.Return transport costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Some of my tiles have arrived damaged. Can I get replacements?

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery arriving. Please email us atsales@forazzibathrooms.com detailing the damage, close up photos and wider photosshowing the damage.

Tiles may have small edge chips or minor imperfections due to handling during delivery.

In most cases your tiler will still be able to work with these as tiles do need to be cut to fit.

Damage totalling less than ten percent of the order is considered acceptable industry tolerance. Claims under this threshold may be refunded proportionally rather than replaced.
