Consumers in the UK Only

These terms apply to consumers habitually resident in the UK purchasing Forazzi Bathrooms Limited products for personal use. If you wish to purchase products for trade or business use, please contact us to discuss a business account.

1.1 What these terms cover

These terms govern the sale and delivery of products from Forazzi Bathrooms Limited through our website at www.forazzi.co.uk.

1.2 Why you should read them

Please read these terms before placing an order. They explain who we are, how we provide products, how contracts may be changed or ended, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information. If you believe any part of these terms is incorrect, contact us using the details in clause 3.

2. We Are Forazzi Bathrooms Limited

2.1 Who we are

Forazzi Bathrooms Limited supplies premium bathroom and tile products in the United Kingdom. Orders are fulfilled centrally and we do not offer in person collection services.

2.3 Delivery only service

All orders are delivered to the address specified at checkout. No collection service is available. Delivery timescales and charges are shown during checkout.

4. Selecting Products and Placing an Order

4.1 Pictures and packaging

Images on the website are for illustration. Colours and finishes may vary.

4.2 Natural products

Natural and natural-effect products vary in shade and pattern. By purchasing these items, you accept such variations.

4.3 Pricing

Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

4.4 Pricing errors

If a pricing error is identified, we will contact you for instructions before fulfilling the order.

4.5 Payment

Payment is taken in full when the order is confirmed.

4.6 Payment disputes

If a payment appears incorrect, contact us promptly.

4.7 Before placing an order

Check quantities, suitability, measurements, access, and allowances for waste, cuts, and breakages.

4.8 Incorrect information

Incorrect or incomplete details may delay delivery or lead to cancellation.

4.9 Checking before installation

Products must be inspected upon delivery and before installation. Once installed, products are considered accepted.

4.10 Suitability

Ensure the products are suitable for your intended use.

4.11 Installation

If you use an independent installer, the agreement is solely between you and that installer. We accept no liability for their work. We are not responsible for incorrect installation including subfloor preparation, adhesives, grouts, or movement joints.

5. Delivery

5.1 Delivery costs

Shown during the order process.

5.2 Delivery timing

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout but can vary depending on changing stock availability. We will inform you of any delays greater than 7 days.

5.3 Delivery within 30 days

We aim to deliver within five days but will deliver within 30 days of order acceptance unless agreed otherwise.

5.4 Delivery premises

Delivery is kerb side only which means:

  • Goods are delivered to the nearest safe point at the roadside
  • Drivers cannot enter your property
  • Drivers cannot lift or carry goods beyond the drop off point
  • Tile pallets may require mechanical offloading
  • You are responsible for moving goods from the kerb side

You must ensure the delivery location is accessible for a large vehicle. If access is restricted and the driver cannot complete delivery, a redelivery charge may apply. A signature is required on delivery.

5.5 Delays outside our control

We are not liable for delays outside our control. If delays are substantial, you may cancel and receive a refund for undelivered goods.

5.6 If you are not at the address

A card may be left explaining how to rearrange delivery.

5.7 If you do not rearrange delivery

Storage or redelivery fees may apply. If we cannot contact you within 14 days, the contract may be cancelled.

5.8 When we may suspend delivery

Delivery may be suspended due to technical issues, legal changes, or requested product changes.

5.9 Your rights during suspension

If delivery is suspended for more than 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a refund.

6. Your Cancellation Rights

6.1 Your rights

Your rights depend on the product and the reason for cancellation.

6.2 If you change your mind

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel within 14 days. You must return the goods at your expense unless clause 7.3 applies.

If goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to the return address provided by us. You must package the products securely so they arrive in the same condition in which they were supplied. If the products arrive damaged or in a condition that reduces their resale value, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that loss.

6.3 If goods are faulty or damaged

6.3.1 Legal duty

We must supply goods that conform to the contract.

6.3.2 Your statutory rights

Your legal rights are unaffected.

6.3.3 Damaged goods

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear close up photographs
  • Wider photographs showing context
  • Account of damaged items

Additional evidence may be requested.

Damage can be reported only once per order.

Tiles may have small edge chips or minor imperfections. Damage totalling less than ten percent of the order is considered acceptable industry tolerance. Claims under this threshold may be refunded proportionally rather than replaced.

6.4 Ending the contract for our actions

You may cancel if:

  • We change the terms or product in a way you disagree with
  • A pricing or description error occurs
  • There is a substantial delay beyond our control
  • We suspend supply for more than 30 days
  • We breach the contract

6.5 Ending the contract when we are not at fault

Cancellation may be permitted but we may deduct costs incurred.

7. How to Cancel and Returns

7.1 Tell us

Email us at sales@forazzibathrooms.com. Provide your name, address, order reference, and phone number.

7.2 Returns

7.2.1 Returning products

If goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to the return address provided by us. You must package the products securely so they arrive in the same condition in which they were supplied. If the products arrive damaged or in a condition that reduces their resale value, we may make a deduction from your refund to reflect that loss.

7.2.2 Cooling off period returns

Goods may be returned withing 14 days of the order boing ordered. For unwanted items, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for shipping

7.3 When we pay return costs

We pay return costs if:

  • Goods are faulty or damaged
  • You cancel due to pricing or description errors
  • Delivery is delayed beyond our control
  • We breach the contract

7.4 Refund method

Refunds are made using the original payment method.

7.5 Refund deductions

We may deduct an amount if goods have been handled more than necessary.

7.6 Refund timing

Refunds are issued within seven days of receiving returned goods.

7.7 Special order and clearance items

Special order, discontinued, or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

8. Changes to Terms and Cancellation by Us

8.1 Changes

We may update these terms. If changes affect your order, you may cancel.

8.2 When we may cancel

We may cancel if:

  • You fail to pay
  • You fail to provide necessary information
  • You fail to take delivery

8.3 Compensation

We may deduct reasonable costs resulting from your breach.

9. Liability

9.1 Foreseeable loss

We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our failure to use reasonable care and skill.

9.2 Liability that cannot be excluded

We do not exclude liability for:

  • Death or personal injury due to negligence
  • Fraud
  • Breach of statutory rights
  • Defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987

9.3 Domestic use

Products are for domestic use. We are not liable for business losses.

10. General Terms

10.1 Privacy and cookies

10.2 Contract rights

This contract is between you and us only.

10.3 Severability

If any clause is unlawful, the rest remains in effect.

10.4 Enforcement delays

A delay in enforcing rights does not remove the right to enforce later.

10.5 Governing law

This contract is governed by Scottish law. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may raise proceedings in your local courts.
