Delivery Service

Forazzi Bathrooms Limited provides a delivery-only service. All orders are delivered to the address specified at checkout. No in-person collection service is available.

Delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown during the checkout process.

Delivery Times

We aim to deliver orders within five days of acceptance. All orders will be delivered within 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

Estimated delivery dates shown at checkout may vary depending on changing stock availability. If a delay of more than seven days occurs, we will inform you.

Kerbside Delivery

All deliveries are made kerb side only, meaning:

  • Goods are delivered to the nearest safe point at the roadside

  • Drivers cannot enter your property

  • Drivers cannot lift or carry goods beyond the drop-off point

  • Tile pallets may require mechanical offloading

  • You are responsible for moving goods from the kerb side

You must ensure the delivery location is accessible by a large vehicle. If access is restricted and delivery cannot be completed, a redelivery charge may apply.

A signature is required on delivery.

If You Are Not Available

If you are not at the delivery address, a card may be left with details about how to rearrange delivery.

If you do not rearrange delivery, storage or redelivery fees may apply. If we are unable to contact you within 14 days, the contract may be cancelled.

Delays

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If a delay is substantial, you may cancel the order and receive a refund for any goods not delivered.

Suspended Deliveries

Delivery may be suspended if:

  • There are technical issues

  • Legal changes require suspension

  • You request changes to your product

If delivery is suspended for more than 30 days, you may cancel the order and receive a refund.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Products must be inspected upon delivery and before installation. Once products are installed, they are considered accepted.

Damaged Deliveries

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Clear close-up photographs

  • Wider photographs showing context

  • A list of damaged items

Additional evidence may be requested.
Damage can be reported once per order.

Tiles may have small edge chips or minor imperfections. Damage totalling less than ten percent of the order is considered acceptable industry tolerance. Claims below this threshold may be refunded proportionally rather than replaced.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

If goods are faulty or damaged, return costs are covered by Forazzi Bathrooms Limited.

Returns Due to Delivery Issues

We will cover return costs if:

  • Goods are faulty or damaged

  • You cancel due to pricing or description errors

  • Delivery is delayed beyond our control

  • We breach the contract
