Your Right to Cancel

Your cancellation rights depend on the product and the reason for cancellation.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may cancel your order within 14 days if you change your mind. If goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to the return address provided by us. You must package products securely so they arrive in the same condition in which they were supplied. If products arrive damaged or in a condition that reduces their resale value, we may make a deduction from your refund.

How to Cancel

To cancel your order, you must email us at sales@forazzibathrooms.com and provide:

  • Your name

  • Your address

  • Your order reference

  • Your phone number

Returns Process

If goods have been dispatched or delivered, you must return them to the return address that we provide. Products must be packaged securely to ensure they arrive in the same condition in which they were supplied. If they arrive damaged or in a condition that reduces their resale value, we may make a deduction from your refund.

Goods returned under the cooling-off period must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.

Special order, discontinued, or clearance items cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

We must supply goods that conform to the contract. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include:

  • Clear close-up photographs

  • Wider photographs showing context

  • An account of the damaged items

Additional evidence may be requested. Damage can be reported only once per order.

Tiles may have small edge chips or minor imperfections. Damage totalling less than ten percent of the order is considered acceptable industry tolerance. Claims under this threshold may be refunded proportionally rather than replaced.

When We Pay Return Costs

We will cover return costs if:

  • Goods are faulty or damaged

  • You cancel due to pricing or description errors

  • Delivery is delayed beyond our control

  • We breach the contract

Refund Method

Refunds are issued using the original payment method.

Refund Deductions

We may deduct an amount from your refund if:

  • Goods have been handled more than necessary

  • Returned goods arrive damaged or in a diminished resale condition

Refund Timing

Refunds are issued within seven days of receiving returned goods.
